The treatment involves hydrating micro injections of Hyaluronic Acid, a soft gel like substance called hyaluronic acid. Water loving Hyaluronic Acid is found naturally in the body where it maintains hydration levels in the skin. Skin Boosters are used for the treatment, by filling, of superficial
cutaneous depressions such as fine lines and for additional improvement of skin quality attributes such as hydration and elasticity, via
intradermal injection. During your initial consultation, you will be able to talk to the doctors about which areas you would like to see improvements in, to create a personalised treatment plan.
Post care
- Do not rub, scrub, use toners for 48 hours after the treatment.
- Do not use products containing retinols or hydroxy acids for 48 hours after the treatment.
- Limit sun exposure
- Use Sunblock every 4 to 6 hours post-treatment.
- Refrain from, waxing, and bleachingor any facial treatment for 72 hours post-procedure.
- Avoid swimming in chlorinated water, using hot tubs, or saunas for 5-7 days.
- Avoid wearing makeup on the same day.
